Throughout the process I appreciated your straight-forward and honest advice in preparing the flat, advertising and finally selling it. The price you achieved happily exceeded your original estimate; even so, you were much closer than two other agents and two valuer's. Your research into similar sold properties and their agreement to sale was thorough and very helpful. Your advice and encouragement was much appreciated throughout when my brother and I were preparing the flat for sale.
The advertising campaign you ran was excellent but more than that I feel one of the most important elements which resulted in such a strong interest in the property was your warm personality and professional service. I'm sure these attributes engendered interest and gave prospective buyers confidence in buying through Mumbai Realtors.

Some people just should not be allowed to own their own home, straight and simple. The real estate market can be rather tricky, and some people just don\'t have it in them to go through all of that. Don\'t make things worse for yourself and those in the market that can do it, by buying a home that you simply can\'t afford and/or have no intention of maintaining or paying for. There should be more strict of rules on who can own a home.
